Tara Delgado-Vicedo is a Holistic Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Speaker who specializes in helping people reclaim their health through mind, body, spirit philosophies.
Tara’s vision to help others heal from emotional and physical wounds developed as a result of her own health struggles. Her own wellness journey led her to understand the important role healthier lifestyle habits play for true optimum health and healing.
After successfully recovering from systemic lupus, Tara is now passionate about helping those who struggle with chronic conditions and who are ready to take control of their health in the safest and most natural way possible. Tara has years of experience working closely with her clients, guiding them step-by-step on ways to eliminate physical and emotional pain through bio-energetic therapy, mindfulness techniques, dietary shifts, and other ancient healing modalities.
Tara also has extensive experience working with furry companions. She has grown up with pets all her life and has the special ability to connect with those who are more anxiety-prone. Tara has worked with pets of all shapes and sizes and rescues animals who suffer from trauma, separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, chronic illness, and more.
Tara received her Bachelor's in Psychology with an emphasis in neuroscience from California State University, Long Beach and has obtained a Master's Degree in Social Welfare from UCLA. She has continued her studies in the field of energy psychology and has become a Certified Emotion Code / Body Code Practitioner and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach. During her training, she studied with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts in gut health, nutrition, detoxification, dietary theories, psychosomatic healing, quantum physics, and has learned some of the most cutting-edge healing techniques in energy medicine.
