Hello, I'm Tara!

As an Integrative Practitioner, my focus lies in facilitating the restoration of individuals' well-being through a range of Eastern and Western modalities. My dedication to helping others heal comes from my personal experiences with health challenges. Through my own journey toward recovery, I have come to realize that true healing comes from integrating all aspects of the Self: the mind, body, and spirit.

With my successful recovery from systemic lupus as a source of inspiration, I have made it my mission to empower others to reclaim their health through the implementation of bio-energetic medicine, mindfulness techniques, dietary modifications, and other ancient healing modalities that offer balance, healing, and harmony for the mind, body, and spirit.
